This is our homecoming game and it is also Cal Parents Weekend. I am currently in the process of planning pre and post game festivities at the Lodge which will most likely include a barbeque-type event prior to the game, volleyball on our beach-style court here at the Lodge, college football games being broadcast in the meeting room, and an assortment of other activities based on suggestions from the brothers prior to the event. This weekend affords an excellent opportunity for parents of younger lodgers and pledges to become acquainted with the Lodge and to meet the brothers and alumni of Alpha Delta Delta and for alumni to return to the Lodge to meet some of the newer brothers and remember the experience of a Cal football gameday here at the Lodge. I encourage all Alpha Delta Delta alumni and parents who can possibly attend to do so, as well as Chi Psi alums from other Alphas who may be in the area. Please respond to me via email if you plan to come so that I can have an approximate number of people that will be attending. We plan on having an excellent time, especially since our Bears are currently ranked 9th in the nation and have the potential to be ranked much higher should we be victorious over top-ranked USC in on October 9th.
